Would you cheat if you had the opportunity?
Imagine a situation in which you could download the final for a class. There is almost 0% chance of you getting caught.
Would you download it and study from it?

Given the fact that I had a golden opportunity to do exactly this on a quiz a few weeks ago and I made sure to do nothing "unethical", I would not cheat. maybe i just have too large of a stick in my rear.

Depends on the class, if it were just a class to fill a pre-req or an easy class then yes. If it were a class/material I cared about learning or a difficult class then no. I would do it to save time in the first case, I don't think my mark would change I'd just get to spend 10-20 fewer hours studying material I don't care about. In the second case it might give me a higher mark than I could get on my own and I have a problem with that.
