yes call is the right play. unless he has somehow figured out a way to expose his cards to you online while involved in a hand and has AK, AQ, A10, KK, 1010, or 33 ...

on second thought you know its funny thats alot of hands he could have that you would lose to. good fold

Hoping to see A9- or a pure bluff (plus maybe a terribly played PP)

Other streets are fine, as long as you're calling river.

Since AK, AQ, AT, KK, TT and 33 (A3?) beat us here. And we win against A9 or a pure bluff (which I find unlikely but not impossible of course) I don't see this is an obvious call...
