Default I 3bet alot preflop (200nl)

Villan and me have not tangled. He is solid and a 2p2'er stats are 20/11.
I have 3bet alot past few hands so he might be making a stand and I have no intention of folding given history and image and blah blah.

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $2 BB (6 handed) internettexasholdem.com

UTG ($228.05)
MP ($452.60)
CO ($44.45)
Button ($84.80)
Hero ($576.10)
BB ($380.05)

Preflop: Hero is SB with A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], K[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img].
UTG calls $2, <font color="#CC3333">MP raises to $9</font>, <font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, Button calls $9, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises to $41</font>, <font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, UTG folds, MP calls $32, Button folds.

Flop: ($95) 7[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 5[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
Hero checks, MP checks.

Turn: ($95) 5[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
<font color="#CC3333">Hero bets $77</font>, <font color="#CC3333">MP raises to $215</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises to $535.1</font>,

Who likes a flat call on turn and cc river? AQ is not folding but I dont know if its in his preflop range. I think my flop check might have induced a bluff but if he has a hand like AQ i dont want to call turn and have him check river. THoughts?
