Deep live cash games
This is something I'm running into more and more frequently as I play more live, and I'm never comfortable in this spot (since I don't think it's possible, actually). Typical scenario:
10/20nl, you're in the SB or BB with AA/KK and a tough LAG makes a standard open to say 100 in middle position. You're both at about $10,000. What's the plan and/or thought process? What about AK/AQ? Kirk
