Personal opinion: Absolute sucks

They took all my player points to the player store, then couldn't connect me, then my points never reappeared on my account. I complained, they closed my account.

Ive had no complaints. They butter you up at every turn.Best bonus system period in online poker. They are endless, clear fast and do not deduct from RB.Ive also had different experience with customer service.Ive never had any question or problem that went unanswered and never had any withdraw or deposit issues.Although occasionally email responce time will be lacking.Maybe you email them in the evening and sometimes they hit you back in two hours, other times it wont be till next day which is frustrating at times. As far as games go,i havent played those particular games there recently.Ive been trying to work on my limit game, playing small stakes 1/2 2/4.I think its safe to say that these games are tighter than the monster sites like Party or Stars, but its not the "AP Rock Garden" as ive heard it referred to as here.Pretty standard id guess, full ring usually has good mix of solid Tag`s and Lag`s and weak players.6Max is occupied much more with bad players, which is the norm anywhere id guess.

I have found it to be quite good in the few months that I have been playing there. I have yet to have a problem that requires customer service!. The rakeback is excellent (so I believe). The SNG's and MTT's seem ok,but not as large fields as Stars or Full-tilt. I usually play the NL ring games and Hog is right..there are a mixture of players. IMO overall very good, but I have only been here a short while!

Yeah I'm switching to Stars. Too many colluders especially in the sit-n-gos. Chip dumping is commom and support doesnt care. F 'em.

That is odd, I have played there for 6 years and about 100 SNG's and have never seen that!

Collusion, especially chip dumping, wont help them nearly as much as youd imagine.

In fact its probably worse for them than if they just played two accounts seperately.
