Pokerstars = Removing Chip Tray, Chat Box, and \"leave table\" buttons?

I have played arond with some table mods for stars and I understand how to change the back ground, ect...

Can I easily remove:

Chat Box
Dealer Tray
"leave Table" button
"view lobby" button
