There are four options, i considered them all. Please rank. [/ QUOTE ] Well, I don't like a check-fold. A checkraise is an amusing bluff, but I wouldn't do it. Bet-fold seems sorta reasonable, but you have to wonder a little if you got owned if he raises and you fold. A check-call is the "safe" option. A bet-call is kinda a spew, but you might win after you call a raise once in awhile. I guess I'm mostly deciding between a check-call and a bet-fold, which isn't so imaginative, and I'm wishing I wasn't playing against a TAG. I probably check-call, really, because I want to show down. Wait isn't that five options? And I didn't even get into the checkraise-cap nonsense. (A bet/3-bet is a spewy bluff that I don't recommend, however.) |

I think bet fold is the best line, but I hate folding, so I usually c/c here.
In order of personal preference: 1. c/c 2. b/f 3. b/c 4. c/f |

Maybe a hand like 88 or 66 calls. |

I like B/F as a "value-defense move" expecting to get called by a better hand sometimes, but also Ace high often enough. Seems less -ev than check/anything. Not sure if I like C/F or C/R 2nd. I think C/C sucks here because a bluff from his side is so rarely successful on this board (does anybody ever fold AQ in your spot? I don't think so).
