Default 200NL: put villain on a hand

Villain is 22/7.4/2

saw flop|<font color="#C00000">saw showdown</font>

Button ($88.45)
SB ($173.10)
<font color="#C00000">Hero ($450.30)</font>
UTG ($221.20)
MP ($189.05)
<font color="#C00000">CO ($127)</font>

Preflop: Hero is BB with K[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], K[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img].
<font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, MP calls $2, CO calls $2, <font color="#666666">2 folds</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises to $10</font>, MP calls $8, CO calls $8.

Flop: ($31) J[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 2[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 5[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(3 players)</font>
<font color="#CC3333">Hero bets $23</font>, MP folds, <font color="#CC3333">CO raises to $62</font>, Hero ?

Put villain on a likely hand that I beat. Is this mostly Jx? I only have 50 hands on him so no real read.

I come from a limit background but I'll take a shot here.

I think he has either 22 or 55. There are no draws so by calling this he is telling you he has at least a J.

If you have overcards no more money is going into the pot by you so he probably figures he might as well raise this and get stacked by your overpair.

Thats'a pretty big raise for Jx, wouldn't he raise this a bit less with Jx so he could let it go cheaper if you came over the top?

Meh, I dont really care what his range is cause I got an overpair LOL!

Probably Jx, maybe a set or rarely 43?

Not sure if calling or pushing is the best play, or if you get him AI either way. I probably push.

He limped-called pre = small pocket pair or SC 80% of the time, 20% of the time Ax or something to that effect. Your dogged against his range, I actually fold
&lt;3

Also, raise a lot more preflop, wtf.

bleh. Jx. A4, 36 more likely than a set. the flop is spectacular for a slow play with a set. only gutshot draws draws, rainbow, no high cards. a set waits here to raise in later streets in position.

Well I reluctantly pushed since as most ppl mentioned he was too short to really consider folding. I really thought I was beat, but he flipped over AJ and I won... was quite perplexed by his play.
