Default 100$ neteller fee!!!

Is there any cheaper option to withdraw EURO from USD poker sites? I withdrew 5000$ with neteller and lost 100$ due to the neteller exchange fee.

And to be helpful... If it is possible for you to open a US bank account you can order a cheque then convert the money at your bank instead of with neteller.

If you can open a US Bank Account then use neteller free EFT to that bank account, and use the US Bank's ATM card to withdrawl your money. Much smaller ATM fees and currency conversions.

I view stuff like this, and the neteller card charges as a cost of doing business.

Its annoying, but i dont pay tax on winnings so in that context its not that bad i guess.

No they ass rape you that way too. I don't know why anyone outside of the USA uses Neteller. My Visa and bank wires work fine direct with the sites.

exchange rates are usually better if you withdraw from the pokersites inmediately. Party offered wire transfers for decent rates and Pokerstars can do them too on request (don't know where their treshol for these transactions lies). Most sites also offer cheques in USD wich you could then convert at your local bank (takes more time though).

When i used to withdraw from neteller by cheque they converted it into Euro's for me as well. I called them to ask them to send it in dollar's so that my own bank could convert the currecnty. Neteller said they weren't able to, because they converted the money due to 'extremely high customer demand'. Lol.

You can cash-out at Party directly to your European bank account. It's simple and really fast.

This is what I do. Neteller check comes in American dollars at a $2 fee and my bank exchanges it for me for free. Now I live in Canada if that makes a difference.
