i did a juice fast for a few days a couple years ago, and noticed that after the first day or two, you have no appetite but plenty of energy, i even could go jogging, is this true of the master cleanser fast?

Being in LA, I've heard about this from a lot of people. Apparently your tongue turns completely white at some point(which they say is "your toxins coming to the surface").

I don't know why anyone would do this.
