CRAI on Turn?

Villain was about 48/5/1 over 60-70 hands and his fold to CB was about 40%.

I had been playing 28/15/6 at this table and earlier I had been showing down the best hand almost every time so my CB's, which were happening close to 100% of the time, were almost always being folded to. Probably been running over the table somewhat recently and am up at least $100 from this the villain in a number of smallish to medium pots.

70% CB on flop had been my standard the entire time at the table.

Turn check was to induce a bet but I wouldn't have been terribly concerned about it checking through either.

How would you play it?

Turn: ($41) Kc (2 players)
Hero checks, CO bets $30, Hero raises to $132.

I'm not sure what hand he calls with that is behind TP2K here.

This looks more like a c/c turn.
And perhaps a c/c or c/f river depending upon the river's impact.

Is this a bluff or value bet? I dont hate it if he is gonning to call with just a naked FD.

It is a value bet.

He does not fold a better hand here but I think he calls with Ah or even Qh or Jh if he also has a pair. At this point against me he also might even call with A9 without a heart or one of the OESD's.

Regarding his AF of 1.0, don't forget that he sees 50% of flops and a big chunk of those were raised pots and he has been calling flop CB's (pretty much the only guy at the table consistently doing this) so I don't know if 1.0 is that low.
