I usually bet this flop. It's pretty ragged, and if you bet $4 you need them to fold half the time. Unless the 6-max games play a lot looser post-flop than the 9-man NL I play, they will fold more than half the time. That being said, you did fine on the turn and river. Since you checked the flop, your opponent may have been a bit suspicious of your turn bet and decided to look you up. There's a decent chance that you're beat when he called the river, but betting is still right unless you're against someone that won't call down often but will bluff if you check to them. Fold to a raise on the river.
