Default Trying to play PartyPoker in Thailand

So its been raining all day in Koh Pha Ngan Thailand and I figured I would try and play for a few hours. Before I party for 12 hours straight at the full moon party tonight.

My laptop doesn't have PartyPoker on it and I can't go to PartyPoker.com or even download it from an affiliate site (my guess is it is blocked)

any ideas? If someone sends me the Party Poker .exe file will I be able to install it and play? If not does anyone have any good ideas for a Proxy server? (preferably free and based in Canada, although any reputable non US country would work I think.)

If any REPUTABLE posters are willing to send me the partypoker.exe file and they think that would work please send me a PM.

If you have the file it should work but depends on your internet connection (firewalls etc..). You can download the file using tor/privoxy though the home site for that was blocked last time I looked.

I am been thinking of the same thing myself. That is living in Thailand playing poker...but I hear that it is illegal? Not worried about getting caught? (I presume they won't send out a SWAT-team but I do not want to get in trouble with the Thai authorities, that's for sure). Any thoughts?

Dancing is illegal in Thailand so that should let you know how serious they take some laws. I played on Stars in a couple of internet cafes when it was raining. You can't download Partypoker in Thailand but you can download every other site. KKF said something about using proxies, but since I only used it to donk around in rainstorms I just donked it up on Stars instead.

If you try to access neteller your account will be frozen until you call them, or so I was told.

PS I'm jealous of you, I wish I was still there

edit

someone can send it to you through gmail or whatever. That would probably be your best bet because then you can install it anywhere just by checking your e-mail. PM me if you don't know anyone who can help

Degen is without internet service right now.

I do recall him saying that you do have to get the download file from someone else and I'm pretty sure he did say he used a proxy server. Do a search and maybe you'll get lucky and find what you are looking for.

Party has historically blocked access from Thailand because of a 2001 fraud run from the "Thai Guy", who wiped out three months of earnings.
