I make a PSB here every time. It makes the hand much harder to play if you check here.

My standard play is to bet and fold to a raise. I realize there is little value here because AK / KQ are calling, and you can have a move put on you by a draw. I just I don't like getting myself into trouble by check/calling / giving free cards.
If I bet and get called then I reevaluate on the turn. |

You can't put half your effective stack in preflop and then fold postflop just cuz an overcard hits. You're getting it in, it's just a matter of leading it or c/c'ing it. C/c is probably better and lead turn if he just checks behind.
