EURO Player at Prima Poker or Tribeca - exchange rate

How can I awoid this 2% exchange fee of neteller when I deposit from my EURO neteller account to the $ Poker sites.
For 100$ I deposit I have to pay a 102$ equivalent in EURO and for any cashouts I only get 98$ per 100$.
On some sites I can deposit in Euro and exchange when I bring the money to the table - is there a skin that provides the same for Prima? I would really appreciate any help with that!
