Default I got a Set of Fours

Table is very loose. I don't often limp in with just one limper before me, but, table conditions warranted it IMO. Villian in this hand is pretty bad, could have anything. Comments welcome.

I like it a lot. Are you folding to a 3 bet on the turn?

Tough one. Looks like a scared baby flush, oddball 2-pair or maybe K[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] Q [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]

River value bet is thin once he calls the turn raise. I really hate checking behind the river with a set, but if there is ever a right time to do it, this could be it.

edit --- FWIW I'd probably play it the same way.....

I don't like smooth calling this flop at all..
The last thing you want here is the blinds coming a lot for the ride on the flop since you just called.

What's your plan on a diamond turn?

Why are we not gassing this flop? Waiting for a safe turn to jam?

Well the board is obviously pretty drawy, but as long as you don't overplay your hand if it gets ugly, I guess you are right.

Either way, I think smooth calling this flop is pretty bad.

Preflop, I'd raise
Flop, I'd raise
Turn, I'd raise
River, I'd check behind
