Villian has just sat down, 1st pot I saw him get into.
I have $120 and he has about $95

Raise a bit more on the flop, 25 looks better.
Rest of the hand looks fine.

[/ QUOTE ]what calls an overbet on that board that doesnt have you beat? you have a lot of showdown value as is, with 2 good draws as well.

I like the check behind, but I dont think a bet for value is bad here either.

Excellent control of pot size. VNH as played.

As far as minraising the river, I don't think the extra $25 when you're ahead is paid off nearly often enough as you are committing to pay off a push when you are behind. River looks like a value bet flush to me or a lesser hand that would fold to a raise. A set is getting it in on that flop given the action.

Jamming the turn is interesting but you're only getting called by a hand that has you drawing to 7-9 outs at best.
Unless you know villian is awful, I don't see AJo with the Ace of spades putting his money in here.

If I'm completely off here, please let me know. I'm still learning.

I ended up seeing Asxs and lost to the flush, but I thought I played it reasonably well
