Party now has horse racing...will US players be allowed back?

I just noticed that party now has horse racing.I wonder if this is a ploy trying to get the US players via horse race betting being legal -then having money in 1 account and sneak them in allowing them to play poker but buyin and cashout via the horse racing section.
Any thoughts?

Limit -I think Tuco was joking -we,ve both played full time internet poker for a very long time.Besides that Ive always found Tuco's posts to be one of the few on this forum worth reading regularly.
