The bluff call
Villian is completley unknown but the thought process goes as follows : if he's not strong enough to raise the turn his hand is not strong enough to jam the river therefore the purpose of his river bet is for me to fold, I also have not shown any significant strength during the hand so there's no reason for him to make such a large bet he must feel I am not strong enough to call. The only hands I figured that fit this type of play are 89 and J9

Re: The bluff call
No. An unknown lacks the balls for a stone-cold bluff. Reading a check-behind on the turn as pure weakness is a major leak, yo.
Edit: especially after he calls the flop. If he's bluffing it's likely with a low pair or AJ or something. This is badbad handreading. If you do this alot then I'm starting to doubt if you're the second coming of samo |

Re: The bluff call
Wow, I could never make this call. I guess it is one of those hands where he has nothing or the nuts. I think I need a read to consider this but I still never make the call. Very nice if you can make these calls profitably.

Re: The bluff call
If he's rational then you're usually good. However if he were rational then he wouldn't play any hand this way.
