Question about PT for sit and gos

I try to enter my hands for my heads up sit and gos in poker tracker but it says I need to enter the "tournament summaries"-- where do I get these from? FTP support is absolute [censored] lately and I am getting sick and tired of waiting 2 days for their responses, I dnt care how many new customers they are getting from party poker.

This should be addressed under the FAQ's section of PT...there's a whole topic about it, I dont know if it deals with heads-up or just STT's

Thanks joey-- Ic ant find it though can someone please help me out? I am getting so frustrated, especially by FTP's unwillingness to goddamn respond to my e-mails.
