Default A thread of appreciation for pokerstars

Unlike many others sites I have played on Stars has always been quick on supports, cashouts, etc. I think since Party went bonzo Stars is now the biggest traffic site out there, yet they have less people complaining then smallers sites like Ftp, Ub etc. After waiting 3 1/2 weeks and counting for my cashout from Ub I will now be playing fulltime on stars. Now if they can only fix the 95% suckout on the river factor I will love em(just kidding). Kudos to Lee Jones and Pokerstars for a job well done. Keep it up don't change

You could question whether Stars checks are all that good though.

I posted a thread around here yesterday which revealed their new anti botting feature - in the thread i linked you have at least two people openly talking about using bots on stars and indicating a fair few do it too.

Take the latest case with eric something or other. Why did this happen on FT and not stars? Are these people getting away with it on there or do they not try because they know (assume) that stars' checks and balances work better than FTPs.

I dont have the answers, but it might be worth a ponder.

I've considered that as well actually.

That the reason we don't hear of more freezes and problems like this at Stars could be because they aren't doing as much as other sites.

Not an accusation. I don't really know.
But it's true we are just assuming Stars is good at this stuff just because we don't hear of any problems.

Fast cashouts at Stars? Most of every cashout I've made there has taken the whole three days. VIP is irrelevant when compared to rakeback/bonus at other sites and their software is still rather slow - although better than it was a while back!

I'll cast a vote of appreciation for the fish at Stars - they're the only reason I play there.

You got that right cashouts are a joke! I had to email them today as my cashout was 4 days ago and not landed in neteller. They emailed back and said it will get done today sometime. It did but 4 days is baddddddddddd.

As an aside, my last withdrawal from Full Tilt was virtually instant. My last withdrawal from PS took just over 72 hours.

The withdrawal wasn't covered by a deposit of the same amount, but then neither was the FT withdrawal.
