Default Help me with NL rules here...

Not sure which forum to post this in.

Here is the situation:

After my raise preflop a short stack in the next position 3-bets, but he's so short that the size of his reraise is less than the size of mine. Someone calls the 3-bet, and the action is to me.

Do I have an option to 4-bet according to the rules? Or the shorty's reraise is considered a call and I can only fold or call here?

Thanks.

its only considered a call and its fold/call. This is very annoying post flop also. other day this happened and the villan who overcalled hit his straight on the turn i would have re-raised otherwise.

OK, thanks.

It is annoying to say the least. Open-raising w/AA and having to call with the overcalling villain hitting his trash on the flop - no fun at all.

If it's an underraise I think most places will say you can't 4-bet it.
