POG\'s First BCS Mish-Mash game (Signup Thread)
Here's what it do
A bunch of you sign up. Sign-ups will close when it seems interest has been exhausted. Then, I will post a final list of applicants. All applicants MUST then submit the list in a ranked order. They must leave themself out of the order. Any POGgers who did not sign up may also submit a ranking list. I will then compile the rankings, and the top 21 ranked players will be IN. The remaining players will be alternates. During the game, there will also be commentators. These commentators will NOT be allowed to post in-thread at their leisure; all comments must be PM'd to me or a co-mod to be screened first to avoid any posts that are heavy on strategy. There will also be a poll determine the Bowl name. Feel free to submit Bowl names in this thread. I'll pick the 10 best IMO from this at the WW ranking thread, and there will be an in-thread poll for that. DATE: January 4th TIMESLOT: 10AM - 10PM Eastern (Sat/Sun will be a single game Day) GAME STYLE: Mish-Mash Positions Available Co-mod (1): Assist with vote counts, declaring night, possibly posting lynch/night results. Players (21): Play the game. The 21 with the highest pre-game rankings will be IN, the rest will be alternates. Play-by-play Commentator (1): Comment on the game via PM to myself and the co-mod, and once we check to make sure you're not posting anything strategy heavy, we post it in thread for you. If multiple people are interested in commentating, we'll have a poll for this along with the Bowl name. Anyone who is interested in either playing or commentating should sign up for both; if you win the commentating spot AND a spot in the game then you will be give the choice which to do. I will post more about the actual Mish-Mash game when I finish fleshing it out, but you all know what to expect from a MM game. I will likely also be discussing ideas with Shorty as well as the creators of Belgariad/Malloreon, JaredL and VR. Sign up and let us gogogo
