Default Cloutier\'s Three Commandments

TJ Cloutier came out with three rules for tournament poker in Pot Limit And No Limit Hold'em book.

1. Draws are death.
2. Do not call big bets.

What was the third?

Thanks in advance.

3. Write as many terrible books as possible, using basically the same content and changing the titles slightly.

Avoid Trouble hands like KJ and don't try and steal-raise and/or bluff from obvious positions like the Button/SB and slow play AA/KK from these positions too! At least these were his rules according to James MCManus in Positively Fifth Street.

Drop AK after the flop if it doesn't hit.
