Button seems like a tight and good player. I have a pretty agressive image and have been betting and raising quite a lot and he has been folding so far.
Should I try to get to showdown cheaply here?, go all in?, fold to big bets? I have $90 And he covers me. He called your check-raise on a dry board after raising preflop. He raised on button so it may not be too strong, but I don't know. He's only got 2 outs to improve if he has a pocket pair and 3 to improve if he has Tx ... I would check behind and look to get to showdown cheap. Maybe I'm a nit.
As played, I dunno what I'd do. If you call, you have half of your stack in the pot and will inevitably face a push on the river. I would whine and fold. |

why check raise the flop? Check raising vs a preflop raiser in almost all situtions sucks compared to leading out or c/c.
back to the way this hand was played, is he gonna bet out the pot on the flop with a better T or 55 w/ no draws out there? i'd say no in general, but u might have a better read. a better T or 55 prob pushes harder on the flop once u c/r. don't push turn. all worse hands fold unless he's raising worse tens preflop e.g. T9/T8 etc call turn, c/c river |

call river. If you push he is only calling with a better hand.
