Default $150+5 Live: 3-handed push with super short stack

This actually came from an MTT, but it got down to the final 3 with a payout structure of 50,30,20 so it's basically an STT situation.

Button: 6000
SB (You): 88000
BB : 66000

Blinds 5000/10000

Button pushes for 6000, Hero has 7 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]7 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]

Standard push right? (Answer this 1st please)

But how can you calculate the ICM solution for this? I simplified it down to two groups of scenarios:

BB folds, BB calls

BB folds has the outcomes of You Win, You Lose

BB calls has the outcomes of

You Win

BB wins

Buttons wins, You win Sidepot

Button wins, BB wins sidepot

I ignored split pots for now since I'm just trying to get the overall calculation started.

Now I've got the ICM calculations for these scenarios but I'm having trouble calculating the hand equities for the situation where the BB calls.

I gave the button a range of top 70%, you have 7-7 and the BB has a range of ATs+,AJo+,77+.

It takes forever to find the equities for this in pokerstove. Would it be correct to just find single hand vs. hand equities and then combine them? For example to find our equity vs. BB and button, could you just take your equity vs. the BB and multiply it by our equity against the button to get our 3-handed equity.

(77 vs. BB's range ) x (77 vs. bttn's range) = 77 wins against both ranges

Is this correct or am I oversimplifying something?

This becomes important for the situations where the button wins the main pot, but you or the BB win the side pot. For example when the button wins the main pot and you win the side pot, I went:

(Buttons equity in 3-player main pot) x (Our equity vs. the BB's range)

I got an answer using this method of 0.415 for the ICM equity for the push. But, I'm not really sure if I did it correctly.

thanx for any help
