Default I wanted to get allin until he played it like this

I'm mostly questioning my river play, but comments on all streets are appreciated.

I apologize but the converter doesn't support Prima skins.

Prima skin 3/6 NL, 6-max, 6-handed

Villain is tight: 17/10/2.17 over 130 hands

Hero is SB with $420, Villain is CO and covers

Hero is dealt QdQc

UTG folds, MP raises to $12, Villain raises to $42, Button folds, Hero calls, BB folds, MP folds

Flop (pot: $99) 7d Tc 4h
Hero checks, Villain checks

Turn (pot: $99) 6c
Hero bets $70, Villain calls

River (pot: $239) 7c
Hero bets $150, Villain is allin for $367.55 (it is another ~$160 for me to call), Hero folds

Same, betting the river is pretty bad imo.

What are your thoughts on pf? Seems like a [censored] spot to be in oop and not having a clue where we are in the hand. What do you think to a 4-bet or even a fold?

My thinking on betting the river was as a sort of a blocking bet, i.e., I don't want to pay a whole psb on that river, and also because a lot of worse hands pay me off (AT, KT, JJ, 99, 88, although in retrospect I don't think he checks the flop with the first three).

I thought a long time before just calling preflop. With my small stack I thought a reraise would scare off worse hands and get called by better ones so I just called, planning to trap AJ, JJ, AT, etc for his stack on the right flop, and resigning myself to paying off KK and AA. I got the flop I wanted but the action screamed TT.

I definitely think c/f the river is weak. We both checked the flop. I bet once on the turn. It looks like I have nothing. Checking the river is begging for a bluff. Check/call or bet/fold I think were my only options. A case could be made for bet/call.

What hands are you inducing a bluff from?

I think check/calling the river here is pretty awful.

looks fine. i might donk the flop sometimes to figure out more accurately what he's got and possibly freeze up AA/KK.

We are likely only getting value from JJ though here if we lead. You like a check/fold?
