line check - blind steal comes good 100nl
Villain here is a reasonable player and we've played a lot together, he's very passive preflop but really aggro post. This flop minraise from him can mean a lot of different things - tp, draws, sets etc etc. I'm playing pretty aggro on the table so its something he's using against my cbets a lot. His stats are 20/6/5 over a lot of hands.
Is my line here ok? Hero $233 Villain $96 100NL 6 max Hero is Button with K [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 9 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 3 folds. Hero raises to $4. SB calls. BB folds. Flop: K [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 9 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 3 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] ($9) Villain Checks. Hero bets $8. Villain raises to $16. Hero raises to $43. Villain calls. Turn: 4 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] ($95) Hero bets $50. Villain calls all in $49. River 2 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] |

Re: line check - blind steal comes good 100nl
If the minr can mean a lot of things and he's super aggro ... I'd prefer a turn c/r or simply call flop and lead another safe turn. This line (flop bet/3bet) folds quite a few hands that pay off on later streets.

I prefer call flop, shove over his bet on the turn
