What are some trends in your neck of the woods?
I live in California and have heard from several natives that California is the birthplace of trends. I can't really validate this statement. But there are a few trends here that I haven't noticed in Minnesota (my home for 18 years).
About 5 months ago I was in Disneyland, a breeding ground for teenagers, and young kids. While there, I noticed EVERYONE wore Vans slip-ons, or Chuck Taylors. Since moving West, I've also noticed a large number of lifted 4x4's. Until moving out here, I hadn't seen an F350 on 44" tires with a 8" lift unless it was on the cover of Truckin'. Now I can go drive around and see at least 4 of them daily. Rarely did I see these monster trucks in Minnesota. I'm sure these three trends can be found in other cities and states. Maybe I'm crazy, however, they seem very prevalent on the West Coast. What are some trends in your area? What do you think of them?
