Default Worst loss on a bet you made ever

Basically what I'm looking for hear is the most suprising loss on a bet you've made. Not in terms of how much you put on it, but how painfully close you were to winning and something flukey happened and you didn't.

I bet on the blazers to win the western confrence that year they lost to the lakers in 7 games. They were up by double digits with 2 minutes left and didn't make a basket the rest of the game and blew it.

I bet on the money line for the bucs to beat the colts in a monday night game in 2003. The colts scored 21 points in a couple minutes to come back to win. (one play the bucs cornerback pulled his hammy and marvin ran right by him)

I know some of you gotta have that hail mary 3-ball when down by 4 points to beat the spread in an ncaa game a couple years ago . (i forget the teams, i dont follow college sports)

Earlier last week, I bet on some dumb German team against some stupid German team, neither of which I'd ever heard of. I bet on the dumb German team and the over. The score was 3-0 in favor of the dumb German team at roughly halftime when I went home, so I figured both bets were locked up. The stupid German team came back from 3-0 and 4-1 to draw 4-4. I had Eagles +20 (live betting) last Sunday. They were down 10 to the Colts with 4 minutes left and lost by 24.

My most recent surprising win was the Titans this Sunday so I'm sure anyone who had the Giants could fit in this category as well.

I had the over on the first Dallas/Washington game. The over was 37.5 and I was buying it on tradesports at the end of the first half when it was 20-10 for up to 80. Two scores were needed to cover in the second half and only Dallas manages a TD. Nothing else. Washington's tight end dropped a catch in the end zone that would have covered in the last minute. It ended at 37. gg

Not about how much you bet. Giants one recently is pretty good, espcially the whole non sack thing, that's gotta drive you nuts.

I hated Superbowl XL...thx for the memory haha

I used my sportsbook $25 "freebet" on the Seahawks to win the superbowl very early in the season. I don't remember the exact odds, but it was like 30-1. I didn't hedge. wah.
