Going to Vegas. Can I play on Party? and more

I have decided to go the Vegas for a couple of months in the new year.
Will I be able to login/play at Party and PR etc?
And what are the risks involved? Im european btw

Also, Im looking for a cheap'ish place to stay.
So if you have a room or something for rent please pm me!
Other tips are also welcomed.. Thanks

No Party while in the USA. Possibly no PR, I don't know for sure.

Grab one of the extended stay hotels in the area, should be around $30-35/night and they are usually pretty close to the strip. I think there is a one really close to the Wynn (Budget Suites maybe?). I'm assuming you won't have a car.
