Nah, 47 is the new 37. I feel young in spirit. Aging is not as bad as some of you think--at least not for me. I never did drugs or smoked. I likr to eat, but I've lost forty pounds the past year walking and now have a 2 plate max at the buffets. Just joined the gym again and will mainly be doing ellipticals and upper body toning on the universal. I also drink a minimum of one gallon of water or juice each day.
