your 3 bet amount is far too small

id make it around 80

turn check is fine, see what happens.

This is gonna sound dumb but could someone give me a stream of thought as to why checking the turn is the best play? I just have a mental block at the moment:P

control pot, induce bluffs, we have an extremely strong hand and a free card doesn't hurt us at all.
