Default Full Tilt - minimize MGR fee on $40,000 deposit

I'm a high limit player looking for the best way to deposit a large amount into Full Tilt without getting hit with a big MGR reduction due to deposit fees. I normally play $100-200 or $200-400, so just making a 100 bb deposit is $40,000. From what I see in this forum's FAQ, NETeller fees are in the 5% neighborhood. That would be a $2000 charge against MGR, which at 27% rakeback works out to a $540 direct cost to me.

As some background, I recently opened my Full Tilt account via RakeTracker.com, made a $600 deposit and goofed around in the lower limits to get used to the software. Now I'm ready to deposit for real and looking for the best way to do it. The deposit page doesn't list Bank Wire as an option -- with a normal business that would be the usual way to get them $40k or so at low cost. They do mention something called Nexum Financial Instant eChecks, but that sounds like a middleman who will be charging them a fee just like NETeller.

Any advice?

Thanks,
pyg

Not that this is a solution so much, but i think the Neteller fee is closer to 3% so if correct that saves 40% on your initial estimate.

Kind regards

Are those negative MGR numbers gotten from deposits, full tilt store buys etc. carried over to next month?

I was just thinking if OP could deposit like on 30th of the month an actually start playing on 1st following month...

If you are in Vegas or LA, any number of pros will transfer you the chips in exchange for cash.

BUMP

I had this exact question and was hoping someone knew the answer. I'm going away for a month and won't be playing any online poker but would like to pick up a jersey from the store. If I order the jersey on the 1st of the month that I'm going to be away, will the negative MGR that I generate for the FT store item carry over to next month, or will it expire at the end of the month so I can play the next month fresh?

Since FT doesn't carry over RB payments <$5 from one month to the next, I was curious if they would reciprocate and not carry over MGR reductions month-to-month.
