Uh, bet. How many people semi-bluff raise the turn with a gutshot?

Betting sounds nice. Can I assume everyone who said bet is folding to a raise?

The only problem I have with betting here is I don't like folding a set.

With no read, villain could have anything from the feared KQ (probably heart soooted) to 86, all of which are reasonable to raise the turn with.

I bet/call - I'm hoping that if he DID hit his straight he'll get incentive to chase with poor odds again next time.

Edit: A thinking villain might also raise the river with a variety of hands we beat while not giving you credit for a straight. Another factor in favor of bet/call.

Do you like sets more than money?

Yes, I think a fold to a river raise is fine, unless the guy is nuts.

You have to remember that this board is as scary to him as to you. A raise is rarely going to be a worse hand than yours.

Just reread the reads in the OP. Especially since hero has been dominant on this table lately and BB has been going to a lot of showdowns, a bet looks particularly safe here, ya.
