Default Do I fold pocket Aces on the Flop?

10/20 NL at the Bike.

I make it $60 from the hijack. There is one limper and a new player who posted from the cutoff. I would have raised
more but I did not see the new player post. He was in seat 1 and I was in seat 9.

Blinds fold and Mel calls. Mo from hijack calls. Mel has around $900 and Mo has $3000. I have around $2500. Mel
is a losing player and can be very live, but for the last
hour he has been very snug. Mo is a live, aggressive thinking player, but probably an overall loser. I am probably perceived by both players as being tight, if they have any recollection playing with me. The last time I played with either player is probably a few years ago.

Anyhow flop comes 9 7 5 rainbow.

It's checked to me. I bet $150. Mo raises to $300 and Mel
moves allin with his remaining chips?

What's my best play?

Is my play any different if the flop came 9 7 4 rainbow?
