Script/program sticky?

I was just wondering if this was possible, or is it too much of a pain in the a$$. I am horrible at searches and can never find the stuff people are talking about when it comes to scripts and programs (I have seen many posts from others in the same situation). Is it at all possible to tally up all the threads (links to) and post them in one sticky?

I figure this might be a total pain to do, but I could always help out and get some threads together if someone would sticky it?

If there are other free apps you'd like linked, you're always welcome to send me a PM. I'm happy to update the FAQ with specific ideas.
