PS 180 plr short with QQ on BB

Just moved to the tablem,i am shortstacked and pick up QQ here, my question is if allin pf is a better pla and if my all in on the flop is maniac play. I have the problem that i do not know how to play my big pocket pairs when there is an ace on the flop, thats why i tend to overbet them preflop (actually not so in this hand as i needed to double and wanted callers). does it make sense with my short stack to make a probe bet here? what if he calls?

how would you play flop if i was better stacked ?
