Prima from one of the 11 states

All Prima skins that I've looked at either don't allow US players at all, or allow US players in 39 states, with the 11 states not allowed being: Illinois, Indiana, Louisiana, Michigan, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Oregon, South Dakota, Washington, Wisconsin. Are there any Prima skins that do allow players from these states? Specifically I am interested in New York, do any Prima skins allow players from New York?

No prima site will accept players from those 11 states blacklisted at the moment.

Prima(microgaming) banned the 11 states, the skins have no decision over this matter.

Then again living in NY sucks too.
