Default Toking the floor at the Wynn.....

From what I saw last time I was there if you tip the floor at the Wynn they hook you up big time. What is the best way to do this if going for 4 days?
who should I tip, how much, and when.
Then what should I be expecting to get in return?

What about the girls running the board?

Assuming you are playing a middle limit game like 15/30 or bigger, tip $5 to the chip runner, and the floor who seats you. When you want a comp make sure you leave a redbird to each person involved (usually the shift manager and the person in the comp-box - don't know her title). Within a matter of minutes the whole room will know you are a premium customer, you will get full VIP service. I've only played there less than 10 times in the past 2 years and when I walk in the room they start shouting out my name like I am Norm from Cheers, its very funny.

PS: If the chip runner is Randal (older guy, gray hair, nice as can be) give him 2 red birds and tell him your a friend of mine... Randal makes sure all the employees know that you are now his special guest, just see him for anything you need and it will happen - almost guaranteed.

So they were all yelling "hey look its TT" right?

So what exactly does tipping the floor accomplish? Favorable rulings? Honestly it doesn't seem neccessary just for the one in 10 trips where you might have an issue that involves the floor, and even then he's not gonna blatently rule in your favor because you tipped him a lot.

I did tip the comp box person $5 when she set me up with a lunch comp.

The one time I was out there, I only picked up on tipping the runners about halfway through my trip. Sorry I come from foxwoods land and half the casino was new and novel to me, things like chiprunners for example.

I previously behaved just as TT described and got eight hours of spectacular service, plus lunch. AND, the following morning, I walked right around the line to "my" seat in 15-30. Small price to pay to feel like a hitter for a few hours. Smoking hot waitresses...did I mention that?

How about comped dinner for 4 when you don't have any points left on your card? How about a ticket for a bottle of champaign and a password to get in free at a strip club? (I didnt use it yet, but it was a generous perk). You would be shocked at what is available if you are well liked and tip liberally.

Last time I got a food comp at Wynn I was told "$20 limit on comps" and I did a "say what?" Guy said too many people had been going too negative and the new rule was nobody got a full comp anymore. I pointed out I was NOT negative, and in fact had a positive balance of like $200 on my comps and he did a quick apology and I got a full buffet comp.

So... They've at least noticed the negative comp balances are outta control. Whether they've stuck with their $20 limit and/or whether they'll routinely violate it for big tippers, I don't know.

That's basically what I'm asking.

Do they start offering you that after you've tipped a few times, or do you sorta need to nudge them? In other words, when you're signing out do they say "oh btw here's blah blah."
