Default Specific books/chaperts on shorthanded?

Hello,

The section on shorthanded in King Yaos book "Weighing the odds" I found very good. But what other books/chapters can the forum recommend? And is there a new book just for 6max coming out? I've heard rumours but thats about it...

Thx!

In '07 Two Plus Two will be publishing an entire book dedicated to short-handed play. It is currently in the works.

Here is another link to Byron Jacobs book; coming out next year: Link

As deacsoft said, 2+2 also have their own short-handed books coming out next year.

Yes, and it's not just the chapters on shorthanded play that are useful for shorthanded play. The sections on raising the turn for a free showdown, and on semi-bluff-raising the turn, among other sections, are also very important for shorthanded play.

The Matt Marroon book has a good shorthanded section as well.

The best stuff on shorthanded fixed-limit play that I've seen, however, are the stoxpoker videos.

Also, FWIW, I've found the discussion in HEPFAP for shorthanded play helpful as well.
