Continuation of AK hand
OK last night I just posted preflop because I didn't want anyone to be results-oriented because of the flop action. Here's a link to that:AK preflop question Here's the rest of the hand. Notice that 5 of us took the flop in a raised pot. Any thoughts on the flop action? (Stacks are all 1500--first hand of SNG)

Re: Continuation of AK hand
If villain is unknown, don't you have an easy call, here ?
1st hand at a 16$ vs random donk, I think you have the best hand here 80% of the time (+/- 0.3645%) |

Re: Continuation of AK hand
i like a fold w/ the cold-caller still to act and so many people in the pot.

[/ QUOTE ] yeah call looks good to me i almost never reraise AK in lvl 1. w/out a v. specific read that villain is raisign super light. especially w/ a caller in between i dont want to chase AQ-AT out and keep the pairs in, b/c we will lose 90% of the big pots we play vs pairs and win 90% of the big pots we play with lower aces. |

[/ QUOTE ] They were on checkraised.com, which seems to have disapeared. http://www.checkraised.com/forum/ind...p;showforum=10 [/ QUOTE ] It was early November when I found out that there was some articles written by curtains on chekraised.com. Of course, the site was already down then and has been down ever since. It seems like chekraised.com is down for good, at least no one seems to know, whether the site will be up again or not. Does anyone know, if those articles can be found somewhere else? I'd really like to read those. I guess I could just contact curtains about this matter. I probably will do just that, if you guys don't know any other place where one can read those. |
