Grand Virtual Bonus Rules?!

I deposited 20 got a 50 Bonus. Doubled up twice (games not counting towards the WR). Started the wagering requirement (B+D x15) when I noticed that all the winnings from the Bonus have gone back into Bonus chips which is not what I expected.

I expected the winnings to be put to my cash account and released when I hit the WR.

Anybody else experience this?

It's a sticky type II bonus. You can use the bonus to play but you can't withdraw them. However, when you withdraw the bonus stays there.

Standard strategy is to play through your WR and cash out what you can, then make largish bets and withdraw after a couple of wins in a row.

So, yes, we have experienced this.

Yeah, but it looks like it stickied up the bonus winnings part of my double ups, which were done before the WR was completed.

It really doesn't matter. If you finnish the WR and then make small bet instead of large and cash out after each win you should end up keeping most of the bonus... It's a hassle to cash out over and over again, but the casino is fine with that.. people have done it for a long time. They batch it together in one big cash out..

After I finished the initial WR the winnings (on my bonus account) were transferred automatically into my cash balance.
