Default Easy Fold Here?

Both players a very loose passive AF of 0 and .5 through about 60 hands. The first time I seen UTG reraise through about 60 hands was the hand before and it was a minraise on the river with 3rd pair.

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $0.25 BB (5 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: 2+2 Forums)

saw flop|<font color="#C00000">saw showdown</font>

<font color="#C00000">UTG ($70.50)</font>
MP ($37.60)
Hero ($61.10)
SB ($24.75)
<font color="#C00000">BB ($25)</font>

Preflop: Hero is Button with Q[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img].
UTG calls $0.25, <font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises to $1.25</font>, <font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, BB calls $1, UTG calls $1.

Flop: ($3.85) 3[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 9[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 8[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(3 players)</font>
<font color="#CC3333">BB bets $1.75</font>, <font color="#CC3333">UTG raises to $3.5</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises to $8.5</font>, BB calls $10.25, <font color="#CC3333">UTG raises to $69.25</font> Hero??? Seems like an easy fold here

Weak reraise I know but should I just call here and reevaluate if he leads out the turn? Or should I just be folding to his reraise?

I normally dont like raising for information, but here I think you saved yourself some money.
I think raising the raise is best, with such a wet board.

I hope you folded to the push.

Both are you are in so deep and the board sucks. You're flipping with UTG at best. I also don't know what BB is going to do, but he's most likely in too... so fold is good.

Has this been for 1 buyin, it might be worth considering a call.

I got a set of mine paid off in exactly the same way, but he didnt have the sense to lay down his QQ.

Easy fold. There is very little that you really beat.

Raise the flop bigger, just as you said. Fold to the push.
