Fold preflop both times since you dont have reads or even stats on him. Maybe if you knew his mother's maiden name this sways to a 5bet. /sarcasm

As played, he only has 62 behind and the pot is $54. You have slightly less than pot odds here, and your tiny FE will make up the slight difference.

Fold pre-flop, both times. BB has only $62 left...no implied odds even if you hit.

As played, just check behind. Looks like he's doing a typical donk maneuver of checking a monster after re-raising pre-flop (like KK).

The small 4-bet and flop check look like donk-play for AA or KK.
