Default (10) mid pair,77, 2 pair on the flop

This is a situation that comes up often and troubles me.


PartyPoker, Big Blind is t30 (9 handed) Converter on pregopoker.com

Hero calls t30, UTG+1 calls t30, MP1 calls t30, <font color="red">MP2 raises to t60</font>, <font color="gray">MP3 folds</font>, <font color="gray">CO folds</font>, <font color="gray">Button folds</font>, <font color="gray">SB folds</font>, BB calls t30, Hero calls t30, UTG+1 calls t30, MP1 calls t30

Is this always a release or is it to tight-weak

I would have folded this UTG, but thats me. I certainly fold this on the flop. Too early to get involved in a hand you are not certain youre ahead in.
