Default Absolute Rakeback

I am about to sign up for an account at AP, but have a couple of questions.

1. How is AP rakeback calculated - dealt or contributed? I have seen it listed different ways on different affliate sites.

2. Are there many 6 max 2/4 - 5/10 NL games running during peak hours? (weeknights after 8 PM EST/Weekend after 8 PM)

3. I have never signed up there in the past b/c of all the software problems/lag. Is there still a lot of lag on the site? Does it still bog your system resources down as much as I heard it did in the past?
