These are Sticky II type bonuses and I played Casino Treasure today, after wagering the WR and cashing out my cash balance, I made $10 bets and cashed out $20 at time. Now I have like five $20 cashouts plus my original cashout, so is there any way to reverse all these and convert them into one big withdrawal? Or is it okay to have many small withdrawals one after another?

They will bundle it up to one cashout. They are used to this.. =)
Actually.. they don't even take the deposit initially but wait to see if you win anything.. then they just credit the win. I don't remember if that is true for all methods.. I know it is for credit card deposits at least. Good policy.
