Default 200NL 6max: Middle set on flop and heavy action

In this hand CO is a donkis fish who plays a lot of hands. Button is 29/12 after 70 hands. Button likes to play a lot of hands from position but nothing out of ordinary. So reads are that CO is fishy and Button is OK player.

What you guys do here at the flop?

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $2 BB (6 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: 2+2 Forums)

Button ($249.50)
SB ($198)
Hero ($228.40)
UTG ($207.60)
MP ($144.75)
CO ($255.15)

Preflop: Hero is BB with 8[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 8[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img].
<font color="#666666">2 folds</font>, <font color="#CC3333">CO raises to $6</font>, Button calls $6, <font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, Hero calls $4.

Hero checks, <font color="#CC3333">CO bets $18</font>, Button calls $18, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises to $50</font>, <font color="#CC3333">CO raises to $82</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Button raises to $243.5</font>, Hero ????

yeah, I don't think I'm laying this down, but BTN looks very strong here. I'm guessing set, combo draw, or made straight.

Ok, thanks for responses and as I thought everybody would say it is a instacall...

To tell you the truth in this hand I was actually Button with 97d so i had nut straigth with open ended straight flush draw.. and BB told us he has 88 and he folded his set?!?
And I thought that was bad fold because he got 4.1:1 for he's money. That's because all of us knew that CO can't fold his 2% aka AsAc.

Well he managed to make good laydown this time. Board didn't paired and I won pot with turned flush. But I still think that I would call this everytime? Right?
