OT - Full Tilt HH Replayer

I've gotten together with a couple 2p2'ers to exchange and comment HH's, but I hate reading these things in Note/Wordpad. I was wondering what tools you guys have used (if any) to review your play. I have turned up some tools, but wasn't sure if there are better ones. Ideally, I'd like one that would allow me to add comments while watching (or view comments made, like tightpoker.com's). Here's what I've found thus far:
